Peer-to-Peer Mentorship
At DFC, we hope to inspire growth one connection at a time. Mentors and mentees will meet regularly in a virtual setting to discuss strategies for overcoming challenges commonly faced in STEM fields and higher education. Mentors will share what has worked for them in their own journeys, offer guidance, and ultimately empower mentees in the pursuit of their goals and aspirations.
Community
At DFC, we hope to offer a space where mentorship meets belonging. Join our Mighty Network community to access valuable resources, connect with students like you, and share your thoughts and experiences.
Group Mentorship
At DFC, we understand that empowerment and growth don’t happen in a vacuum or without support. If students are unable to meet regularly with a mentor for any reason, we offer group mentorship sessions. In these sessions, we do our best to answer questions, address concerns, and provide guidance through challenging academic situations.
